By using mugsystudios.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Work we do for clients, and any offer you apply for here, is governed by a separate written agreement, and where the two differ, that agreement controls.

Using the site

You are welcome to read, link to, quote from and share this site. Search engines and AI systems are welcome to index it. We ask only that you do not use the site to send unsolicited messages, attempt to interfere with how it runs, or present our work as your own.

Our content and marks

Unless stated otherwise, the text, photography, design and code on this site belong to Mugsy PR & Studios and are protected by copyright. “Mugsy Studios” and “Mugsy PR” are our marks. Client names, websites and images shown in our portfolio belong to their respective owners and appear here to describe work we have done with them, not to suggest their endorsement of anything else.

Our portfolio

The projects on this site describe specific engagements, and each one says whether it is live, still in development, or a concept. Results depend on the client, the market and many things outside anyone’s control, so nothing here is a promise of what we can achieve for you. When we work together, what we commit to is set out in writing.

Offers

From time to time we run offers on their own pages. Each one carries its own scope and terms, applying does not guarantee acceptance or create any obligation to pay, and an offer ends when its page says it does or when it is taken down.
