The Client
Yacht Life Caviar
Yacht Life Caviar is the caviar brand of Fort Lauderdale yacht designer Patrick Knowles, part of Yacht Life Brands.
The Brief
The online store sells tins. The brand needed a home for the bigger orders, gifts for yacht owners and charter guests, closing gifts from brokers and personalised tins for weddings, each handled by a concierge rather than a checkout.
What We Built

Three audiences, three pages
- A homepage for concierge gifting and the signature gift sets.
- A weddings page built from the brand’s own wedding services flyer.
- A closing-gift page for yacht brokers, live but deliberately left out of the menu.
- Developed from Emily Taffel-Cohen’s concept mockup into a hand-built static site.

The label designer
- A live preview of the wedding tin, drawn from the couple’s names, date and uploaded artwork.
- Modelled on the real printed lid, down to the curved care line around the rim.
- An approval checkbox has to be ticked before the request can be sent.
- 03
Concierge, not checkout
- Every request goes through an n8n workflow that emails the concierge and logs it to a spreadsheet.
- The nine caviar varieties link through to the Shopify store, tagged so the store can see where sales came from.
The Results
- Live since September 18, 2026, and open to search since September 20.
- Three pages, for gifting, weddings and brokers.
- The concierge form was tested end to end with nine submissions before launch.
